African Dream

In this series of black and white photographs Kyriakos Kaziras recounts his vision of wild Africa. He captures wildlife in spectacular settings inviting projection. Wild animals are photographed here in poetic postures that reveal the artist’s dream vision. He therefore painted a wild, mysterious and timeless Africa. The astonished looks, the filial ties and the rest of the animal’s contrast with the image of a terrifying savannah. Nature thus appears as attractive and comforting while giving off an imperturbable force.
