Stéphane AISENBERG (1968-) is a French photographer specialized in wildlife photography. His black and white photos can be compared to portraits. It is by getting as closely as possible to the animal, that Stéphane AISENBERG achieve to convey the dignity and the strength emanating from wild beasts. Thanks to this process, and the care given to the look, his subjects are tinged with humanity… The notion of alterity is central in Stéphane AISENBERG’s work. Other one is shown by its face.
