    Born in 1974 in Riccione, Alessandro PIREDDA  lives and works in Misano Adriatico. He developes a passion for the history of architecture during his studies at the School of Fine Arts in Rimini. Surrounded since childhood by the emblematic monuments of classical Italian architecture, he absorbs eagerly all the information relied to this subject. The artist considers that these are the illustrations made by the studio Fratelli Alinari for manuals, which became the first source of inspiration for his future work. Soon enough, he discovers that it is the perspective that fascinates him the most in architecture. At the same time, his enthusiasm for the work of a renowned Italian designer Albe Steiner brings him a strong sensitivity to sober, graphic and elegant forms.
